Basic registries and document management

It represents the basic and essential  module of the Q-81HSE WEB APPLICATION platform.

It can be integrated into any other module of software, depending on your needs.

The registry of workers, for example, can then be associated to tasks, functions, facilities, workplaces, processes, and much more.
From this registry it is in fact possible to display all the information of each person managed with Q-81 (eg. Assigned duties, the department in which the person operates, the state of his training, medical examinations, etc.).

The platform allows you to manage single and multi-companies.

Any company can also be managed in Multilingual mode and data between companies can be compared through the so-called cross functions  (see "cross company" menu).

Through Q-81 HSE WEB APP you can constantly align the list of workers to the most common software for the management of human resources, or import it by filling in a simple Excel template. 

The registry of workers can then be associated to tasks, functions, facilities, workplaces, processes, and much more.

From this registry it is in fact possible to display all the information of each person managed with Q-81 (eg. Assigned duties, the department in which the person operates, the state of his training, medical examinations, etc).

Each organization defines its tasks and functions.

Each worker can have multiple duties within the organization; this affects the allocation of tasks and roles that Q-81 HSE WEB APPLICATION operates according to UNI EN ISO 9001 standards.

With Q-81 HSE WEB APPLICATION each worker can cover multiple roles and tasks, but thanks to the powerful relational model of the software, it will be easy to map his ties with all sources of danger and master data in general.

In Q-81 HSE WEB APP, in addition to the registry of tasks, there is also a registry of functions.

In this registry security functions are already pre-loaded (eg. Employer, Head of the Prevention and Protection, First Aid Officer, Employee representative for work safety, etc), but also of any organizational functions can be managed.

With Q-81 HSE WEB APP in fact multiple functions can be assigned to each worker; the platform keeps track of the history of the functions performed, with the dates of start and end of the assignment.

Q-81 also produces prints of nominations for the security functions.

With this tool it's easy to define the safety organizational chart;  this tool infact allows you to immediately identify the people involved in workplace safety management.

You can easily go back to the tasks performed in multi-site organizations and multi company, in order to then organize the resulting activity of prevention and protection.

Due to the hierarchical structure of this database, you can quickly organize all workplaces and put them in relation with all other significant business master data (eg, workers operating in those workplaces, equipment, hazardous substances, etc.).

This registry allows the classification and comprehensive management of hazardous substances in relation to mutagenic agents, carcinogenic agents and asbestos; it also allows the management of the products that contain these agents and the immediate comparison with the candidate list of the REACH Regulation.
This registry allows the classification and management of biological agents.

It also allows their connection to tasks, workplaces, processes, etc.

This registry allows the classification of materials and products used in the production cycle, in order to match them to risk assessment and risk management.

This registry allows the management of facilities, equipment, machinery, tools and instruments.

 

Work equipment registry is designed to offer the user maximum flexibility when inserting, sorting and organizing assets, which are then related to risk assessment and to the planning of maintenance.

Q-81 HSE WEB APP has a document management tool that allows users to store, revise and distribute easily and effectively any type of document.

Finding documents is no longer a problem with Q-81 HSE WEB APP; therefore it reduces the panic in case of inspections or even simple internal requests. 
Q-81 HSE WEB APP progressively reduces the use and waste of paper in favor of concrete actions, just as suggested by the legislation.

The Q-81 HSE WEB APP documents tool allows the organization, control, revision and distribution of all documents of the company.

In addition to the instrument described, you can use Microsoft Sharepoint to store the documents in Q-81. This component may already be present, or can be installed separately to manage only records from Q-81 HSE WEB APP. The application uses a library of Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server for storing your documents.
